Management Team

The Project FRESH management team consists of the following groups:

Executive Steering Committee (ESC)

• Ed MacKay, USNH Vice Chancellor for Planning and Budget
• Bob Cape, UNH Assistant Vice President for Computing and Information Services
• Ken Cody, USNH Controller
• Candace Corvey, UNH Vice President for Finance and Administration (in lieu of AVP for CIS)
• Joan Tambling, USNH Director of Human Resources

The ESC is responsible for -

• Providing executive oversight for project.
• Establishing high-level goals and objectives.
• Determining project scope and budget.
• Authorizing proposed business process redesigns and software modifications.
• Resolving issues as appropriate.
• Involving other executive management.

Project Directors

The Project Directors are responsible for -

• Managing day-to-day operations.

• Monitoring the status of deliverables.
• Developing high-level project work plans.
• Resolving or referring issues as appropriate.
• Reporting project status to the ESC.
• Managing the project's finances.
• Serving as project ambassador and lead communicator.
• Managing vendor relations.

Project Administrator

The Project Administrator is responsible for -

• Maintaining the project's master schedule.
• Serving as liaison between SCT and USNH.
• Managing Banner modifications.
• Team Lead meeting records.
• Other project management administration.
