The USNH human resource and finance systems interfaces are changing. This message is a reminder that SCT Banner will be replacing HUM (HR) and CUFS (finance). This conversion will occur for finance at the end of 2001 and HR will follow in July 2002. All information interchange between CUFS/HUM and external systems must be redirected to Banner by these dates.

Inventory of FIS and HR Interfaces is a list of the centrally supported data interfaces that Project FRESH is porting to the new environment. Responsible individuals at each site for the affected interfaces have been or soon will be contacted by the project to prepare for this conversion process. Leading this work for the project is Bill Badgley (862-4217, bill.badgley@unh.edu) and for all finance interfaces Alice Samuel (862-1482, alice.samuel@unh.edu). Bill and Alice can answer questions you may have about any of the listed interfaces.

There are numerous process, jobs, reports, etc. that extract data from CUFS/HUM that were created by individual campuses or departments. The functionality found in the new Business Objects reporting solution should replace many of these processes. Project FRESH does not have the charge or resources to recreate these external processes, but we can help guide you to a solution whether that is a Business Objects report or some other down load. Bill Badgley will act as the contact person for questions on site created extracts.
